Andreas Pereira has sent Manchester United fans a message as he continues to work hard during his loan spell at Valencia.
The 21-year-old, who made 37 appearances for Granada on loan last year, joined up with Los Che on deadline day last month.
And he has enjoyed a mixed start to life in Andalusia, producing scintillating displays against Athletic Bilbao and Real Betis whilst also struggling for minutes in recent times, receiving just two starts in October so far.
Pereira, ahead of Valencia’s trip to Alaves on Saturday, provided the motivational message: “Never stop fighting until you arrive at your destined place”.
Man United fans have expressed their disappointment at having Pereira unavailable to call upon at a time of creative deprivation in midfield but you sense the Brazilian, at this stage in his career, doesn’t care.
He was modest enough to know that places in the first team at Old Trafford would be at a premium for him this season and therefore challenged himself at one of the biggest clubs in Spain instead – in a competitive yet reachable sphere of attacking talent that has propelled Valencia to second in La Liga.
He finds himself battling the likes of Goncalo Guedes and Carlos Soler for a place in the starting XI and supporters will hope to see him continue to learn amid such fierce competition.
