Manchester United fans couldn’t hide their delight with Paul Pogba following his performance vs Manchester City at the Etihad.
The Frenchman had a game of two halves in truth as the first half saw him absolutely battered by the same fans who later praised him.
Pogba was very much anonymous in the first 45 mins that saw City go 2-0 up with United putting in a gutless display that infuriated supporters.
However, it was thanks to their talismanic man that they got back into the game in the second half as he scored two goals in quick succession to level things up.
The Red Devils certainly improved after the break and Jose Mourinho‘s tactical tweaks certainly helped the team but it was Paul who made it all happen on the pitch.
That's what Pogba can do it you also play him in his correct position.

Leaders stand up when their team is in trouble. Paul Pogba’s just done that. Lots of criticism around him, but when he makes runs forward, he really is class. Let him excel.

In the first half many of Manchester United’s players were anonymous with Paul Pogba definitely not the only player to disappoint.
Often accused of not grabbing games by the scruff of the neck, the former Juventus man had a hand in completely changing the game.
Pogba’s freedom to make runs in the second half is what saw him provide such a goal scoring threat that fans haven’t seen in quite some time.
The powerful midfielder was actually pushed out to the left flank to release him from his responsibilities and it proved to be an inspired decision from Mourinho.
Paul’s always enjoyed playing in the half spaces between the left wing and midfield in order to make the most of his dribbling and playmaking with him doing it to great effect against the Sky Blues.
