Manchester United have released their third kit for the 2018/19 campaign and it is something of an improvement to what they have worn this season.
Supporters had the chance to choose the third kit themselves and a grey, generally unappealing strip – commemorating the Busby Babes – was chosen by the club among thousands of entries.
Man United’s home kit will be released to the public on July 18 while their away kit, rumoured to be pink, is available to buy on September 18.
Jesse Lingard was the man chosen by Adidas to model the club’s new alternative strip, which does look damn fine.
Inspired by 1968, our new 3rd kit for 18/19 by @adidasfootball is made from Parley Ocean Plastic.

Anthony Martial, linked with an Old Trafford exit in the summer, was among those who also posed in the new third kit.
