Manchester United fans are just glad the penalty shootout vs AC Milan finally ended after a ridiculous amount of time that ended 9-8 in the former’s favour.
Jose Mourinho’s men had opened the scoring in their first top opposition clash of their pre-season tour in the United States of America.
It was Alexis Sanchez who scored against the Italians after a neat piece of play from Juan Mata but Suso quickly equalised.
Both teams came quite close to scoring after that but neither took their chances and it ultimately went to penalties after 90 minutes.
Fortunately Milan’s Kessie decided to attempt an outrageous chip to end proceedings and hand United all three points.
That was one of the funniest penalty shoot-outs I’ve ever seen 😂

Next the Red Devils will face fierce rivals Liverpool in what will surely be a little more than just a pre-season friendly.
The long penalty shoot-out will distract some supporters from what has been a third consecutive draw in normal time from Mourinho’s men.
Concerns have been growing over Manchester United’s failure to grab a win so far this pre-season and their performances haven’t been great either.
Jose will argue he hasn’t got his full squad available to him but some would argue there’s enough in that side to beat the likes of Club America and San Jose Earthquakes if not AC Milan.
