Manchester United bounced back after two difficult weeks with a dominant 2-0 victory over a tired Burnley team at Turf Moor on Sunday.

Jose Mourinho’s men, just like they did in the 3-0 defeat to Tottenham Hotspur, begun superbly and managed to put themselves ahead this time around, with Romelu Lukaku heading home from Alexis Sanchez’s cross.

The Belgian doubled Man United’s lead before the break and the vistors could have easily scored five or six in a whirlwind second half during which Paul Pogba missed a penalty and Marcus Rashford was sent off for violent conduct.

Here are a selection of photos from the game at Turf Moor, where United players wore the club’s pink kit for the first time.
