Inter Milan have reportedly joined the race and want to sign Manchester United star Anthony Martial.
The Frenchman’s current contract expires next summer which has the board running around trying to tie him down for a longer period.
His deal does have an extension clause for one year if needed but there’s definitely a need to renew in order to end all speculation.
Martial has previously been linked with the likes of Tottenham and Bayern Munich though it’s understood United are uninterested in selling.
The former AS Monaco man is said to have been in negotiations with the club for months now yet no official news has come out.
According to Team Talk, Tuttosport report that Inter Milan director Pietro Ausilio hopes to sign Anthony for free next summer when his contract runs out.
The striker-turned-winger could be tempted to wait out his current deal given how his relationship with Jose Mourinho has apparently broken down.
Martial may prefer to move away from Manchester United in order to secure more match time and develop his career further.
The youngster missed out on France’s World Cup victory last summer and is obviously desperate to get himself back on track in terms of becoming a superstar.
