Alexis Sanchez is reportedly set to seek a Manchester United exit in the January transfer window and has decided where he wants to go.
The Chilean forward signed for the Reds less than 12 months ago and would be one of the only players to leave the club before completing even his first year in Red.
Sanchez has performed woefully at times since signing from Arsenal in a deal that saw Armenian attacking midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan.
29-year-old Sanchez is on massive wages, thought to be around £500,000 per week, and has hardly contributed on the pitch.
The Mirror reports that Sanchez wants to join Paris Saint-Germain, the dominant team in France who have their sights set on finally achieving UEFA Champions League glory.
PSG already have a huge amount of talent at their disposal with Kylian Mbappe, Edinson Cavani and Neymar forming a lethal front three. Sanchez, though, has been of interest to PSG in previous years.
Sanchez could also look at interested clubs from Spain and Italy, two countries where he’s played before for FC Barcelona and Udinese respectively.
United would demand a transfer fee for Sanchez and rightly so. But quite what his value is is unknown given how poor he’s been.
There have been some good performances but Sanchez has hardly been the game-changer United thought they were getting.
