Jose Mourinho frustrated by Paul Pogba’s inability to be a team player at Manchester United

Jose Mourinho has significant frustration with Paul Pogba’s inability to play as part of a team in a Manchester United shirt.

According to Italian sports outlet, Tuttosport, the midfielder’s relationship with Man United boss Mourinho is his biggest problem currently.

They link Pogba with a return to his old club Juventus, and the rumours have only heightened with the recent fixture between United and the Italian champions, with the latter coming out on top at Old Trafford.

Juventus reportedly want to strengthen their already-brilliant squad with Pogba.

However, tuttosport offer an interesting insight into why Mourinho has been so upset with Pogba’s performances over the last couple of seasons.

It’s suggested that Mourinho wants “his teams to be a single block, devoted to the sacrifice of his technical project.” Pogba and those demands are almost an oxymoron.

Pogba is a player with astonishingly high levels of technical ability and also has the crowd at his fingertips at times with his moments of brilliant skill. There are gasps and then cheers when Pogba pulls off a flick or a stunning cross field pass.

But Mourinho isn’t like United fans and he is frustrated by Pogba in this manner.

Tuttosport also suggest, as per Sport Witness, that Pogba will have to demand a move to make the transfer happen. Cristiano Ronaldo signed for the Old Lady from Real Madrid in the summer, but that only happened because the Portuguese forward forced it to. Pogba will reportedly have to do the same at United.
