Paul Pogba Manchester United contract demands revealed: report

by Marwan Harraz

Manchester United star Paul Pogba is reportedly ready to negotiate over a new contract with his club but there may be an issue with his demands.

The Frenchman has been flirting heavily with Real Madrid with Zinedine Zidane returning the favour over the recent international break.

Pogba’s form under current manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer started as scintillating as ever but he’s since dropped off his high standards.

The midfielder was obviously upset under former boss Jose Mourinho and it was believed his problems ended once the Portuguese left but that doesn’t appear to be the case.

The former Juventus man is now eyeing up a move to Madrid, leaving United scrambling to attempt to tie down one of their key players.

According to the Daily Star, The Sun report that Paul is asking to be on the same pay as Alexis Sanchez which is £500k a week and will leave if his demands aren’t met as the Red Devils attempt to tie him down to a new contract that will end in 2024.

The Chilean’s contract has caused a problem with many of the club’s stars wanting pay rises as they feel under valued.

It’s no surprise the likes of David de Gea and Pogba want to be paid the same amount as Sanchez, especially given his poor form.
