Paul Pogba hoping to leave Manchester United in positive fashion: report

by Marwan Harraz

Manchester United star Paul Pogba has reportedly made it clear just where he stands in regards to his future.

There have been multiple rumours in arguably the summer’s biggest transfer saga with some sections of the media claiming the Frenchman is set to depart while others claim Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has managed to convince him to remain.

The Norwegian is said to have tempted the midfielder by promising him the captain’s armband as well as making him the centre of United’s plans to revolutionise.

Meanwhile, Pogba is also believed to have a real desire to play for Real, who have been busy overhauling their squad, and particularly play for Zinedine Zidane.

The academy product’s departure would be a real blow to Solskjaer’s desire to bring his club back up to it’s previously high standards.

According to Marca, while Paul doesn’t want to force his way out of Old Trafford, he does want to join Real and play under Zinedine, who wants him just as much.

It’s understandable why the 26 year old is reluctant to damage his image by requesting a transfer but it may reach that point if the move is to happen at all.

Manchester United are said to be completely against selling him and will only ever do so if a £150m bid is made, which seems highly unlikely.
