Manchester United fans can reportedly begin to get a little excited of their side’s interest in Leicester City’s Harry Maguire as a well known journalist has claimed he’s pushing for the move.
The talented Englishman has been one of the summer’s top transfer sagas and for good reason given what he would bring to Old Trafford.
The towering centre-back is an improvement on Ole Gunnar Solskjaer‘s current defensive options but there are question marks over his price tag.
United have appeared hesitant so far which is understandable and it seemed for a moment the deal was not going to happen at all.
However, it appears Maguire is eager enough on a move to try to push for it which should help in negotiations to secure his signature.

There’s not long left to the summer transfer window so any major deals happening will probably happen soon as to give the selling clubs enough time to find replacements.
In truth, Leicester aren’t under any real pressure to sell Harry as their finances aren’t as bleak as they once were.
The only real reasons to sell is to avoid upsetting the player or to make a large enough profit for it to be considered good business before spending some of the fee on a replacement.
