Greenwood scored 30 goals across four different age groups last season and dazzled supporters during the club’s pre-season tour.
Tuanzebe, on the other hand, has played senior football for almost three years, making his first senior start for Man United in 2017 and spending last year on loan at Aston Villa.
Speaking at a press conference ahead of the game, Solskjaer confirmed that the pair would get chances to impress from the first whistle.

More importantly, though, this is a huge opportunity for Greenwood, who could, much like his teammate Marcus Rashford, use the lesser opponents in this competition to lay down a marker to the rest of the world – to show people why Solskjaer branded him today as “one of the best finishers that I’ve seen”.
It will be business as usual for Tuanzebe, such a dependable and versatile talent, while all eyes focus on what this brilliant 17-year-old can do in the number nine role under the lights at Old Trafford.
