Manchester United fans were in utter dismay over their players’ performances vs AZ Alkmaar in the Europa League.
The fixture ended in an awfully boring 0-0 display with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s men failing to register a single shot on target.
United needed all three points in order to build any sort of momentum as well as to to qualify for the next round as early as possible.
Solskjaer may have to take the Europa League more seriously if his players continue to underperform in the Premier League.
Jose Mourinho used the competition as a way of qualifying for the Champions League and that may be needed if things continue as they are.
This team isn’t capable of scoring unless it’s a penalty or an individual brilliance. #ALKMUN #MUFC

Seeing so many people blame Ole for this because they don’t have Rashford to blame. The true fact is most of these players are shit and wouldn’t even get into the Bournemouth team and it will take Ole about 2/3 years to get rid of them all #MUFC #ALKMUN #AZMUN

Great to see United have found some consistency in their play. We've actually become consistently shit now.
0 shots on target against Dutch Southampton.

What do Manchester United do in training all week??

Manchester United have been thoroughly unconvincing so far this season and Solskjaer’s position will quickly come under threat if the club’s form doesn’t turn around soon.
The legendary Norwegian hasn’t even faced any truly difficult opposition yet besides Chelsea, who they happened to face at the right time and beat them with a flattering 4-0 scoreline, while the Arsenal match ended 1-1.
It’s difficult to imagine what United will even do against the likes of Manchester City or Liverpool who can probably easily tear them apart.
