Manchester United fans are strongly in favour of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer being sacked following the club’s 1-0 defeat to Newcastle United on Sunday.
The Norwegian’s side produced yet another performance devoid of composure or even basic skill as Matty James scored in the 71st minute to hand Man United their third defeat of the season.
United have now gone 11 games in all competitions without a win, and have won just two of their last 13 Premier League games.
We put it to supporters after the game whether Solskjaer being sacked tomorrow would lead to an improvement in performances and results in the short term.

What are going to lose. If we dont we will be relegated. I love the guy but he is not good enough for the job. It's not his fault. This team needs to survive first and fight another day

Yes. Without doubt.

Yes. 100%. Not Ole’s fault he ended up with the job but it’s definitely too much for him.

Yes. He hasn’t got any tactical prowess , no philosophy of football, a bad resume . Really don’t understand why some fans are so blind in supporting him. He shouldn’t have been given a contract in the first place.

Even if you factor in the impact of the Glazers and Ed Woodward, which is considerable, it still does not explain the sheer lack of basic footballing understanding currently infecting this team.
Forget the semblance of an attacking plan, United players are struggling to pass, to control the ball, to move into the right spaces, to cross a ball accurately.
This is a bad squad. But it is not bad as it currently looks under Solskjaer. You can see why so many want the 46-year-old gone.
