Ole Gunnar Solskjaer responds to Mino Raiola and Paul Pogba comments

by Marwan Harraz

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has hit back at Paul Pogba‘s agent Mino Raiola in the latest update of the longest ongoing drama at Manchester United.

The players were just knocked out of the Champions League thanks to the loss to RB Leipzig but the legendary Norwegian was forced to respond to the comments made by the agent.

Raiola had decided on the eve of United’s crucial clash vs their German opponents to reveal Pogba is not happy at the club and wishes to leave.

Many saw the action itself as disrespectful of course but were all the more furious because of the poor timing.

There was also, naturally, remarkable interest in Solskjaer’s thoughts on both Raiola and Pogba in light of everything that happened.

Pogba’s days at Manchester United should now definitely be numbered but the question remains over who can afford him.

The effects of the global health crisis are still being felt and the club’s price-tag on the talented Frenchman has often been deemed unrealistic.

Whatever the case, it’s clear that unless Pogba publicly speaks out against his agent and fires him then there’s no future for him at the club.

It will be interesting to see what Solskjaer and United plan to do in the next month in regards to the January transfer window.
