Manchester United star Donny van de Beek was among the better players during the win over Watford and it’s safe to say he pulled off some silky pieces of skill.

The young Dutchman took full advantage of a rare start to impress Ole Gunnar Solskjaer despite the disappointing 1-0 victory.

United should’ve put Watford to the sword but instead scraped past, though Van de Beek did his best to try and make it all more comfortable.

The former Ajax man started as a holding midfielder, alongside the goalscorer of the night Scott McTominay, and wasn’t just dangerous but remarkably clean with his possession too.

Van de Beek will be hoping he’s done enough to earn more starts and if he pulls off more skills like below, he probably will get them.

The clip above is representative of how smooth he was during the match vs Watford and is just one of numerous bits of play that impressed.

Van de Beek is arguably the one player fans have been demanding to see more of and it’s obvious to see why.

United supporters had gotten used to having somewhat mediocre players who are incapable on the ball but the brilliant midfielder’s footballing education with Ajax is on show every time he plays.
