Wilfried Zaha has refused to be disheartened by David Moyes’ decision to not give him his competitive Manchester United debut and reiterated that he will shine when the time comes.
The 20-year-old’s brilliant displays with United on the pre-season tour made him one of the most exciting players out on tour and many expected him to feature straight away for Moyes’ side.
But due to a gruelling start to the season, Moyes decided to play it safe and use his more experienced players instead of players such as Zaha and Januzaj.
Despite the knock-back of no appearances so far, Zaha has remained upbeat and it is exactly the sort of attitude that helps any youngster succeed at United.
Gods time is the best time! When my time comes I will shine ✌️????

It is always going to be hard for any young player to break into the first team at United let alone when the club is in a period of massive transition, but Zaha’s time will come.
He has remained extremely patient so far and that is a testament to his attitude. Hard workers always get rewarded at United and so long as Zaha keeps his head down and focused, Moyes will give him his opportunity.
Moyes saw the impact that a young player can have in pressure situations after Januzaj’s full debut on Saturday and Zaha is next in line to get his chance.
