Matthijs de Ligt is inching closer to a return, while Amad is also not too far away from reaching full fitness.
Mason Mount has already returned to action as Michael Carrick waits for Carlos Baleba to come back to the fray.
The Cameroonian had arrived at the club after suffering an ankle injury during pre-season.

There were initial claims that the former Brighton & Hove Albion ace could return before the September international break, but that is no longer the case.
The 22-year-old has been spotted training on the grass, and now, Utddistrict have claimed that the United No.20 could make his much-awaited debut during a blockbuster Premier League clash.

If Carlos Baleba makes the matchday squad for the Leeds game, it will be music to Carrick’s ears given the packed schedule later this year.
A Champions League clash against Como and league encounters against Bournemouth, Chelsea, Liverpool and Aston Villa are all lined up for November.
It could be make-or-break for Carrick, and he needs all the help he can get.
