Senior Men

Marcus Rashford is currently on loan at FC Barcelona for the rest of the season. There is a buy option in the deal if the Catalans decide to make the deal permanent next summer.

Rasmus Hojlund finally joined SSC Napoli after months of speculation over his future. He will likely join the Italians permanently at the end of the season if certain criteria is met.

Jadon Sancho joined Aston Villa on a season-long loan at deadline day after rejecting a permanent transfer to AS Roma earlier in August.

After United completed the signing of Senne Lammens on deadline day, Andre Onana secured a loan move to Trabzonspor in Turkey in search of first team football.

Academy

Enzo Kana Biyik has joined one of Ineos’ other sides Lausanne but will have to wait for his debut as he has picked up a knee sprain and could miss the first two months of the season.

Dan Gore has joined Rotherham United on loan after an horrendous time last year where he spent most of the season injured. He will be eager to make up for lost time.

Radek Vitek has joined Bristol City for the season after impressive spells at Accrington Stanley and FC Blau-Weiß Linz in Austria.

Ethan Williams, after scoring a goal in pre-season, signed a new deal with the club and has moved to Falkirk in Scotland on a season-long loan.

Ethan Ennis has signed for Fleetwood Town on loan after spending a part of last season on loan at Doncaster Rovers.

Harry Amass returned from his loan at Sheffield Wednesday after highly impressing for the Owls. He will now join Norwich City in the Championship to compete in a different environment.

After an unsuccessful spell at West Bromwich Albion, Toby Collyer joined Hull City until the end of the season, hoping to spark his season into life.

Ethan Wheatley has moved to Bradford City for the rest of the season after being recalled from his loan spell at Northampton Town.

Gibraltar international James Scanlon has joined up with Swindon Town on loan for the second half of the season.

Welsh forward Gabriele Biancheri has secured the first senior loan of his career and will join his United teammate Dan Gore at Rotherham United.

Irish midfielder Jacob Devaney also sealed his first senior loan move to St Mirren in the Scottish Premier League.

Sekou Kone has joined one of Ineos’ other teams, FC Lausanne Sport on loan. Here we will play alongside fellow United youngster Enzo Kana-Biyik.

Women

United youngster Jess Simpson has joined Southampton on loan for the rest of the season, hoping to gain valuable senior minutes.

Hannah Blundell has joined Everton on loan for the rest of the season in search of more minutes after giving birth last year.

Lucy Newell returned from her loan spell at Birmingham City in January and was then sent out to Crystal Palace on a temporary basis.

Emma Watson will travel to Mexico to play for Tigres on loan for the rest of the 2026 season.

Mared Griffiths has also signed for Sunderland on loan until the end of the season.

Scarlett Hill has joined Sheffield United on loan until the summer.
