Fulham manager Alvaro Arbeloa made a stunning Manchester United claim after the two sides played out a 1-1 draw at Craven Cottage.

United’s miserable start to the season continued on Sunday as they put up yet another sluggish performance.
The Cottagers dominated large sections of the game, slicing through United and carving out chances with alarming ease. Without Senne Lammens’ brilliant first-half saves, United would have been staring down the barrel.
Fulham deservedly took the lead in the 63rd minute when Lisandro Martinez scored an own goal.
It looked like the Red Devils were headed for a third consecutive defeat but Matheus Cunha pulled up with a late goal to ensure the spoils were shared in West London.
Much of the fallout has centred on how lethargic and uninspiring United looked, yet Carrick has dismissed the criticism out of hand, stressing his satisfaction with the tempo and his faith in his stars’ application.
This has caught many by surprise, although Carrick later acknowledged that the start to the season has not been good enough.
In his post-match remarks, Arbeloa was far from pleased with the refereeing standards and claimed that the officials simply would not let United lose after the injustice they suffered in the previous Premier League outing against Manchester City at Old Trafford.
Arbeloa’s claim
He said, “We were so close. So, so close. We were a little bit unlucky again. We knew it would be difficult against this big team. Also, we knew what happened last week.”
“We have seen what the referee have been doing in all the matches, so it was a difficult game. And we were unlucky.”
“You can see before they scored, the foul against Maguire; it’s a guy who is 100 kilos.”
“Every decision was for them and I knew after the game against Man City that they [would not] let Manchester United lose here.”
United are next in action on October 10 when they welcome fellow Premier League strugglers Tottenham Hotspur.

Arbeloa should have 1st acclamatised himself with EPL refereeing by seeing some videos of the previous seasons before passing such an insane remark. Frustration at not being able to win a game seems to have made him belive the unbelievable. Bankes favouring Man Utd? That has to be the most insane statement of the season.
